Oracle Cloud | A list of Issues and Solutions Batch1

In this tutorial i will take a bout some of Known and Unknown issues and how to resolve these issues

Issue A:
We have issues with approval of autopost of journals. The checkbox for “Use Batch Creator as Approval Submitter” does not seem to be affecting our journal approval workflow. Can this be checked?
Solution:
User did not have a manager assigned and, in order for auto-post to pick correctly, the user for the option "Use Batch Creator as Submitter" needs to have a manager assigned.
The manager setup is mandatory even if not using supervisory hierarchy to approve the journals.
Issue B
Do we have budget control(funds available) feature available for Miscellaneous Issue Transaction?
Solution:
The budget control feature is not available as part of Miscellaneous Transactions. 
Issue C
Is it possible to have budget checking for Movement Request Issue?
Solution:
Inventory does not support the feature to provide an error message 'insufficient funds' whenever a transaction is created using a GL account that has low funds.
There is no feature to enable budgetary control on movement request transactions.
Issue D:
Issue faced: Cutomer is not able to tally the generated income statement journal for entity for 104 with trial balance total USD amount.Expected result: Trial balance output and income statement result should matchActual result:there is variance in the amount in trial balance and income statement journal
Solution:
Customer was running income statement job with Income offset account with option of "Net closing balance" was checked on specify ledger option.Both option do not work together so when using one other should be unchecked.
Issue E
When attempting to pay a party from another country using a foreign currency, the following error message is received: "The payee bank account is set up to allow domestic payments only but the disbursement bank account used for the payment is in a different country."
How can One Time Payments be used to pay these parties in a different country?
Solution:
One time payment creates bank accounts without the Allow International Payments flag when certain information is not provided.
In order to have the Allow International Payments flag enabled for the account, populate either the Bank Name, Bank Number and the Bank Branch Name, Bank Branch Number, or BIC in the Payables Payment Request Import Template.
After import of the payment request, the FOREIGN_PAYMENT_USE_FLAG (Allow International Payments) will be updated as 'Y' in the IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS table which corresponds to this setting.
Issue F:
When trying to query invoice in Payment Workbench, invoice is not found.
Steps to Reproduce
1.  Navigate to Payments workbench
2. Create a payment
3.  Try to add invoice, LOV returns no record of invoice
Cause
 Bank Account Currency and Payment Currency are not the same.
Multi-currency option must be at the bank account level in order for this to work.
Solution
When Bank account currency is ledger currency, then you have any option to do the payment in Foreign currency when you enable the multi-currency option at the bank account levelThe bank account currency is foreign currency(I.e. other than ledger currency), then you can do the payment for the invoice having the payment currency same as the bank account currency.For Example:If user wants to do Payment in EUR, either of the two options will workBank account with Ledger currency and enabling Multicurrency Account will allow you to do paymentorCancel the invoice, enter a new invoice with Payment currency EUR, and pay with EUR currency bank account.
