1 tsp sugar

3-4 tbs oil
2 tbs chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup tomato
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp tikka masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp salt
sesame seeds
fresh coriander and chilli for garnish
