Working WARC Band During DX Contest Found CW QSO 17m @18.086 VA1XT in LA. Using SKCC & FLDigi Tools

During DX contest many bands are full and at speeds unable to send or copy. The bands 30, 17, and 12m are non-contest bands and this offers an opportunity to get on and make some nice slow speed QSO’s and good practice. I also show how I use the SKCC look up page to cross reference SKC numbers and callsigns.
