The Perfect Fit - Naomi and James Jones

The Perfect Fit is the debut children's book by husband and wife team, Naomi and James. They met whilst working at the same Publisher in London and now live in Cornwall with their two boys and a very springy springer spaniel.

The Perfect Fit is a story about a Triangle who doesn't feel like she fits in with the other shapes so she goes off in search of somewhere she fits perfectly. It is a brilliant story for introducing young children to shapes along with themes of diversity and inclusion as well as a powerful message about being yourself.

This is Naomi and James' very first picture book. It's read here by Naomi's Dad Bob. Growing up, Naomi's Mum was a Primary School teacher who fuelled her love of books with weekly trips to the library. But it was Naomi's Dad that brought the stories to life when he'd do all the different voices as he read them to her at night.

Naomi is a children's writer, editor and book reviewer. James is an award winning Designer and Art Director. He also designs book covers for Publishers all over the world.

The Perfect Fit is being published on World Book Day, 4th March 2021 by Oxford Children's Books.
