It is named empowered yoga because isn't that one of the many benefits of a yoga practice? Our practice helps us take our whole being and bring it into the moment, leaving stronger with a deeper sense of wholeness. May you be empowered to live your life authentically and courageously.
Prop suggestion:
Yoga blocks if you have them
A strap or something you can use- a belt, resistance band, or towel
A folded blanket or large pillow
*The intro I say it is a 40-minute class, but it is 45 from start to finish. Enjoy!
