Kumiko is one of the Japanese woodworking techniques, a decorative technique unique to Japanese architecture. Various traditional patterns are expressed by combining finely shaved pieces of wood.
Kumiko has the beauty of the patterns created by the small pieces of wood and the precision that does not allow even the slightest deviation.
