〈Grateful Days 감사의 시간들〉은 유년 시절의 순수한 기억에서 시작해, 학창 시절의 빛나는 순간들을 거쳐, 아버지의 헌신과 신앙의 여정을 지나, 하늘 아버지의 사랑을 깨닫는 감사의 이야기를 담은 앨범으로 2025년 10월 3일에 완성되었습니다. 네 곡의 서정적인 곡과 세 곡의 연주곡을 통해, 우리는 어린 시절의 소박한 풍경으로부터 시작하여, 교실 속 햇살 가득한 순간들을 거쳐, 한 가정을 지켜온 아버지의 무게와 헌신을 지나, 마침내 그 모든 것 위에 함께하신 주님의 손길을 발견하게 됩니다.

앨범은 〈그 시절, 우리〉로 문을 엽니다. 어린 시절 군인 아버지를 따라 이곳저곳 이사 다니던 가족의 이야기, 빨래 바구니를 머리에 이고 고갯길을 넘던 엄마, 개울가 돌다리를 건너던 순간들—소박하지만 강인했던 그 시절의 풍경이 따뜻하게 펼쳐집니다. 산딸기를 따 먹으며 신나했던 아이의 순수함과, 동생을 업고 물살 센 개울을 건너던 엄마의 모습, 말썽꾸러기 때문에 한숨 쉬시면서도 든든해하셨을 엄마의 마음이 애틋하게 담겨 있습니다. 이어지는 연주곡 〈학창시절〉은 기타 선율로 학창 시절의 추억을 조용히 회상하며, 자연스럽게 다음 곡으로 이어집니다.

세 번째 곡 〈그때가 행복이었음을〉은 국어 시간의 시와 수필, 엄마의 정성 어린 도시락, 햇살 가득한 점심시간을 회상하며, 지금 이 순간 또한 우리 삶의 가장 좋은 때일 수 있음을 부드럽게 일깨워 줍니다.
네 번째 곡 〈아버지〉는 꿈을 접고 험난한 세월을 견디면서도 묵묵히 가족을 지켜낸 한 아버지의 삶을 담은 감동적인 헌사입니다.
다섯 번째 곡 〈주의 손을 굳게 잡고〉는 평생을 선하게 사신 부모님의 신앙이 자녀에게 전해지는 아름다운 이야기를 담고 있습니다. 새로운 곳에서 주님을 만나 매일 기도하신 어머니와, 고아로 자라오셨으면서도 모든 것이 주의 은혜라 고백하신 아버지의 믿음이, 이제 다음 세대의 고백이 되어 이어집니다. "사랑없는 거리에나 험한 산 길 헤맬 때, 주의 손을 굳게 잡고 찬송하며 가리라"는 고백 속에서, 우리는 대를 이어 전해지는 신앙의 귀한 유산을 발견하게 됩니다.

여섯 번째 트랙인 연주곡 〈아버지의 마음〉은 현실의 아버지를 통해 하늘 아버지의 크신 사랑을 알아가는 과정을 담았습니다. 불완전하지만 진실했던 아버지의 마음이, 우리를 향한 하늘 아버지의 완전하신 사랑을 비추는 거울이 되는 순간—그 경외와 감격을 조용한 선율 속에 담아냅니다. 마지막 연주곡 〈감사하는 마음〉은 이 모든 여정을 감사로 마무리하며, 청자를 추억과 경외, 그리고 깊은 감사의 시간 속으로 초대합니다.

Grateful Days is a heartfelt album that journeys from cherished childhood memories through bright school days and a father's quiet devotion, ultimately discovering the loving hands of our Heavenly Father who has been with us all along. Completed on October 3, 2025.

Through four lyrical songs and three instrumental pieces, we travel from humble scenes of early childhood, through sun-drenched classroom moments, past the weight and sacrifice of one father's life, to finally recognize the Lord's faithful presence guiding us through it all.

The album opens with Those Days, Us, painting a tender portrait of a family following a military father from place to place. We see a mother carrying a laundry basket on her head over steep mountain paths, crossing swift streams on stepping stones with a baby strapped to her back, and a carefree child delighting in wild strawberries along the way. These simple yet resilient moments capture the warmth of a mother's heart—sighing at her little troublemaker yet finding comfort and pride in that same spirited child.

The instrumental School Days follows, its gentle guitar melody quietly reflecting on those formative years, creating a natural bridge to the next song.

That Time Was Happiness recalls the precious days of youth—poetry and essays in literature class, mother's lovingly prepared lunchbox, and sunlit lunch breaks shared with friends—gently reminding us that even this present moment may be one of the best times of our lives.


Father follows with a deeply moving tribute, telling the story of a man who set aside his own dreams and endured life's hardships, yet faithfully stood by and protected his family through every trial.

Hold Firmly to the Lord's Hand tells the beautiful story of parents who lived lives of faith and goodness, and how that faith was passed down as a precious inheritance to their children. A mother who met the Lord in a new place and prayed daily, and a father who grew up as an orphan yet confessed with gratitude that everything was by the Lord's grace—their faith now becomes the living confession of the next generation. In the words "When wandering loveless streets or treacherous mountain paths, I will hold firmly to the Lord's hand and go forth singing," we discover the priceless heritage of faith passed through generations.

The sixth track, the instrumental Father's Heart, captures the sacred journey of discovering our Heavenly Father's boundless love through our earthly father. It holds that profound moment of awe and gratitude when an imperfect yet sincere father's heart becomes a mirror reflecting the perfect, unconditional love of our Father in heaven.

The closing instrumental, Gratitude, completes this journey with thanksgiving, inviting listeners into a quiet space of reflection, reverence, and deep gratitude.
