At times, we tend to limit our understanding of God—
We try to define Him within the boundaries of our own minds. But God is beyond our reach. Beyond life. Beyond reality. Greater than everything that exists, and far greater than all that we know. No greatness can compare to the divine Grace of God.
We have fallen into the depths of sin— wretched, hopeless, and corrupted. Shame has become a barrier between us and His love. But even then, even there— His heavenly love pours out, bridging the chasm created by our Shame.
The Cross stands firm.A symbol of sacrificial Love. A symbol of Healing. A symbol of Grace. But it’s the Empty Grave and the Light that erupted from His victory that sealed the living Hope of our Faith. Christ conquered. And He now reigns over human sufferings.
He rebuked the wages of sin—DEATH.
And it is here—right here—
That our faith is proven to be alive and not futile, or vain. No one has ever brought death to shame, or claimed victory over it, like He did.
Christ lives. Our Redeemer lives. And because our Savior lives— A promising Hope is born. A Hope that we, too, shall live. That we, too, shall rise.
And that we shall also conquer the raptures of death. And that we shall live in the Eternal City, singing of his Glorious Victory.
