Detective Writes Tickets Instead of Solving Crimes!👺😮👺

The neighbors told us this COP is here on 18th and Park in Waco, Texas everyday from 3 to 8pm. They say it is non-stop. I figure if each speeding ticket is $200, then at this rate he is bringing in over 1 million in revenue for the city- now that is protecting and serving, right? But, HE IS A DETECTIVE! Can't his time be used for something better? And just to let you know-- the speed limit signs are very far apart-- so if you turn on to 18th you have no way of really knowing what the limit it is. They have it at 30mph but that sign is like over a mile down the road so how are driver's to know if they turn on to 18th if unfamiliar with the area? This road looks like it could handle a higher speed and many just like it have speeds posted at 40 rather than 30! SHAME ON YOU DETECTIVE WHOEVER -YOU -ARE!
