I made these videos to act as a guide and explanation of the 12 affirmations found in Bashar’s Hour of Power meditation. I hope you enjoy this excerpt and feel free to watch the full video to see the others.

These statements, when spoken, entrain a specific frequency, combining into a master frequency designed to help you develop a foundation of inner peace and harmony. In this video Bashar describes the effect of practicing this meditation, and goes the affirmations, detailing his understanding of each one as they fit into the greater wisdom he embodies.

These are not just words, they are frequency state-changing catalysts, allowing you to match the frequency of the meaning within them. Make them your own, integrate them into your perspective of life, live in the frequency they entrain and you will find a deep sense of peace and knowing fill your life.

If you would like to practice this mediation in your own time and space Bashar suggests the following format:

🔹Take 5 minutes initially to prepare yourself by relaxing and breathing easily and deeply. Sit or lay in a comfortable position as you centre yourself in quiet meditation. Let go of your concerns of the day so that you may devote your focus to the frequency of the statements to come.

🔹Spend 5 minutes on each of the 12 affirmations (1 hour total) repeating the phrase out loud, or with your inner voice. You may say the affirmation continuously, once or any manner in between. Trust your own intuition for what feels right.

The 12 affirmations are below.

I am who I am for a reason.

No insistence, no resistance.

I am an indestructible being at my core.

The past and the future are illusions.

Everything happens in perfect timing, I will miss nothing.

My life is my own, no one can live it for me.

I am unconditionally supported by creation.

I am an expression of nature.

I always have exactly what I need.

I give and receive joy, love and compassion.

My life is a synchronous orchestration.

I am free to choose.
