Today I filmed a fully renovated village house in Cabeça de Eiras, in the Guarda District of Central Portugal, up in the mountains of the Serra da Estrela. Its also only 10 minutes away from a beautiful river beach called Sandomil in São Gião, which boasts a cute little restaurant and bar and is set on the Rio Alva river. The closest big town of Seia is only 30 minutes away with all the shops and amenities you need, and you can reach Porto in 2 hours, Lisbon in 3 hours, Faro in 5 hours, or travel to the capitol of Spain, Madrid, in only 4.5 hours.
