Centene:

Plan Withdrawals: Centene is exiting the Medicare Advantage market in six states, including Alabama, Massachusetts, and Vermont, affecting approximately 40,000 seniors. This decision is part of a broader strategy to streamline operations and focus on more profitable areas.

Benefit Changes: In remaining markets, Centene will offer $0 copayments for primary care physician visits on all plans and for certain drugs at preferred pharmacies for most plans.
