A revised planning application has been filed for the development of the old Rooke Site, which involve re-exposing the structure of Gibraltar’s first dry dock.
Outline planning permission was granted a year ago with significant conditions, one of which was the inclusion of Dock 4 in updated plans.
Developers have now addressed this issue along with a number of other concerns expressed by the development and planning commission, in what Carlton Properties are calling a major redesign.
