Moms are often mad, triggered, angry at themselves for being frustrated, and then start shame spiraling into why they aren't great mothers.
I say ENOUGH OF THAT, mama! If you're mad, it's with good reason. You shouldn't IGNORE it, you should let it guide some decisions.
