I picked up this '03 Honda CRF230F this summer for a decent price, but I didn't expect to put as much time into it as I did.

The carburetor was leaking gas out of the overflow when I bought it, although it didn't do it all of the time.

I figured it would require some float needle and seat work, but I kept finding more problems as I fixed and tuned the carb and fuel system on this fun 4 stroke dirt bike.

What you see is what I saw for the first time. Watch and learn from my mistakes as I troubleshoot the carb leaking and jetting symptoms.
