The Greatest StarCraft Rivalry: Flash vs. Jaedong

Never in the history of competitive StarCraft has there been a rivalry more important and influential than Flash vs. Jaedong.

There’s even a strong case that it’s the greatest rivalry in the history of competitive gaming.

Before the days of TI, Worlds and the Overwatch League, there was South Korean StarCraft: Brood War.

And at a time when fans worried that Brood War was declining, Flash and Jaedong’s legendary bouts helped save the game from obscurity. They ushered in a new golden age of StarCraft, and, most importantly, paved the way for the birth of esports as we know it.
