When a promising NE never really shows up. A quick Wing upwind from Fisherman’s beach to Mona Vale basin, then pack down the wing into my backpack and foil back. That’s the plan.
Great wind on the way up, but well under 15kn (more like 10kn) on the way back.
Luckily I had the Hover 120 and Jet 2140HA as my sled this day. Loaded with the 310HA rear shimmed 2 degrees mounted on the 64cm fuselage and 75cm Alloy mast also shimmed 3 degrees = Lift machine.
I did come down 3 times and spent some time off the foil, but always fun and definitely always learning.
