One Key Element that made Lin Dan so good

This is something Lin Dan did so well. Apart from his developed, matured, solid, consistent playstyle he had in his 30s, rather than his explosive attacking playstyle in his 20s, this is something he had included in his game that made him a deadly player, even at 35+ years old. He was an unpredictable player and he was good at anticipating his opponents shots. When he shot quality is good enough, he can limit his opponents options, where he can sometimes anticipate and end rallies quicker. You rarely see people anticipating Lin Dan's shots because he had so much variety. Just when you think you have him in a tough situation, he manages to push through by hitting an extraordinary shot. Lin Dan is the goat!
