麻糍 Muah Chee 原来麻糍做法是那么简单 只需2个步骤 搅拌均匀后蒸30分钟 搞定 Own make Mochi Easy 2 step just mix & steam

麻糍
花生碎
～花生- 50g
～糖-25g

黑芝麻碎
～黑芝麻- 80g
～糖-25g

～糯米粉- 250g
～木薯粉- 1 汤匙
～水-350ml
～油 - 2 汤匙
～8吋模-抹油

麻糍-流程
1）清洗花生，捞起后，放入烤盘，170度，先烤15分钟后，搅拌棍搅拌和摇动烤盘几下，再放入烤箱烤 15～20分钟，即可，小心别让花生烧焦，味道会变苦涩
等花生待凉后剥皮，放入搅拌器中，加入糖，搅成花生碎
2）黑芝麻放入锅中，翻炒片刻，等黑芝麻待凉后，放入搅拌器中，加入糖，搅成黑芝麻碎
3）蒸盘抹上少许油
4）准备蒸锅预热
5）糯米粉+木薯粉，搅拌均匀，再加入水，又再搅拌均匀后，加入油
6）搅拌后，把糯米湖倒入蒸盘中
7）放入蒸锅中蒸30分钟
8）30分钟后，开锅，接下来用筷子顺时间的搅拌成糯米团麻糍
9）准备保鲜膜，抹上一层油
10）将糯米团麻糍，放入保鲜膜包起来，待凉
11）花生麻糍-
糯米团凉后，将麻糍切成小段，放入花生碎中，这就是花生麻糍了
12）黑芝麻麻糍-
同样的方式，将切麻糍成小段，放入黑芝麻碎中，这就是，黑芝麻麻糍
13）黑芝麻卷-
将麻糍放在保鲜膜上，包好，用擀面棍擀成长方形
14）放入一些油在黑芝麻中，这样可以更容易抹开在麻糍上
15）将黑芝麻分别分布在麻糍上，轻轻的均匀抹开，然后慢慢的滚动保鲜膜，让麻糍滚成黑芝麻卷，再切成片，美丽的黑白黑芝麻卷就这样形成了，撒上一些花生碎在上面即可

Step of Mochi
1) Wash the peanuts, put in a baking tray, bake 170 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes, stir the peanuts and shaking baking tray, then put in the oven again, bake them for 15-20 minutes again. Be careful do not over burn the peanuts, the taste will become bitter

9) Prepare a plastic wrap, apply some oil on top
10) Wrap the mochi in plastic wrap and let it cool
11) Peanut Mochi-
After the mochi is cool, cut the mochi into small pieces and put them in the crushed peanuts. the peanut mochi is done
12) Black Sesame Mochi-
In the same way, cut the mochi into small pieces and put them in the black sesame crushes. This is the black sesame mochi.
13) Black Sesame Roll-
Put the mochi on the plastic wrap, wrap it, use rolling stick roll the mochi into shape rectangle
14) Put some oil in the black sesame, so that it can be easily spread on the mochi
15) Spread the black sesame on the mochi evenly, and then slowly roll the plastic wrap, to roll the mochi into black sesame rolls, then cut into slices, the beautiful black and white black sesame rolls are done add some crushed peanuts on top
