Every year starts with big goals, big hope, and the pressure to be perfect.
This year, I’m doing things differently.
Instead of chasing perfection, I’m focusing on showing up — even when it’s messy, slow, or uncomfortable. In this video, I talk about the promise I’m making to myself, my mindset going into the new year, and what I want to stay true to as I grow.
