On the 12th of January 2000, a critical air incident occurred near Tolmachevo airport in Novosibirsk, involving a Siberia Airlines' TU-154M. All of their 3 engines failed during the landing approach and it is only thanks to the professionalism of the crew that this incident left no casualties!
This reconstruction is based on official Transport Ministry report.
