To make mosquito repellent with witch hazel and essential oils, please do your own research on which oils are safe to use. For every 1/4 cup of Witch-hazel add 10 drops each of the following oils: black pepper, eucalyptus, geranium, lemongrass, black, spruce, lemon, rosemary, thyme and oregano oils. Please note that not all oils even from the same genus of plant are safe for the skin as some are hormone disruptors.
