[RO] Ultimul opus al lui Robert Schumann (1810 – 1856) datează din 1852, din perioada în care era personajul central al vieții muzicale din Düsseldorf. Manuscrisul conține multe revizuiri, ceea ce poate însemna că el a continuat să lucreze la el după internare (urmare a celebrei sale încercări de a se sinucide în 1854). Recviemul este alcătuit din 9 părți și începe în Re bemol major, tonalitate neobișnuită pentru un gen prin definiție funebru și asociat prin tradiție cu minorul, însă ale cărei sonorități întunecate o clasificau în viziunea compozitorilor romantici ca o tonalitate a unei alte lumi, a unor stări de conștiență alterate.
Beáta-Enikő Salánki a fost inițial admisă la Academia Națională de Muzică „Gheorghe Dima” la specializările Muzică și Pian, însă pasiunea pentru dirijat a determinat-o să se dedice acestei specializări, transferându-se în 2021 la specializarea Dirijat cor, la clasa conf. univ. dr. Ciprian Para. În timpul studiilor superioare a avut ocazia să participe la diferite cursuri de măiestrie cu personalități importante ale domeniului precum Konrad von Abel sau Roland Börger. În anul 2023 ea a absolvit Facultatea de Interpretare Muzicală din cadrul aceleiași instituții, specializarea Pian.

[EN] Robert Schumann’s (1810–1856) last work dates from 1852, during the time when he was a central figure in the musical life of Düsseldorf. The manuscript contains many revisions, which may suggest that he continued working on it even after his hospitalization (following his famous suicide attempt in 1854). The Requiem is composed of nine parts and begins in D-flat major, an unusual key for a genre that is by definition funereal and traditionally associated with minor keys. However, its dark sonorities were classified by Romantic composers as belonging to another world, evoking altered states of consciousness.
Beáta-Enikő Salánki was initially admitted to the “Gheorghe Dima” National Academy of Music in the departments of Music and Piano, but her passion for conducting led her to pursue this path, transferring in 2021 to the Choral Conducting department, under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Ciprian Para. During her higher education, she had the opportunity to attend various masterclasses with important figures in the field, such as Konrad von Abel and Roland Börger. In 2023, she graduated from the Faculty of Musical Performance within the same institution, specializing in Piano.
