ELECTRIC Bike CHALLENGE! My Non-Cyclist Wife PEDALS for 30 MILES!

Ever wonder if riding an e-bike would help you keep up with a serious cyclist? In this video, Kevin and Jasmine challenge each other to a 30 MILE bike ride around Minneapolis. Kevin is a regular bike rider and Jasmine is not. She rides an electric bike (REI Co-op Generation e1.1) and he pedals a regular bike and the challenge is on! They go to the Farmer's Market, get snacks and lunch, visit an art exhibit and tackle big hills while taking in all the sights of Minneapolis. Who will keep up with whom? Kevin Frias is an avid cyclist, bikepacker and content creator who lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Kevin spends a great deal of his time getting out on two wheels, exploring, pushing his own limits, and making it easier for others to do the same.
