THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE STRESS!!!

Today's vlog documents our journey to Valencia.

Our initial stop was a complimentary location near Patacona Beach, provided by the local supermarket Alcampo. While lacking facilities, it proved ideal for resupplying and exploring Alboraya's local beaches. We spent two nights there without incident, feeling secure throughout our stay.

Subsequently, we relocated due to scheduled veterinary appointments for Storm and Suzie, our two dogs, to undergo a titre test. This test is a prerequisite for travel to Morocco. The cost was €220 per animal, a one-time expense valid for the pet's lifetime.

We located a parking area in Valencia close to the veterinary clinic. However, the security of this location for an unattended vehicle was questionable. Therefore, I transported the dogs to the vet while Charliegh remained with the children in the bus.

Our third stop was a paid aire, costing €25 per night. This is a higher expenditure than our usual for an aire, but it was necessary to recharge our batteries, which had received no solar exposure for four days due to our time on the ferry and in the garage.

Following our arrival at the park-up, we proceeded to the beach to allow Ronnie to utilize his new bodyboard. Given the notably cold water temperature, we both opted to wear our wetsuits.

On our last day at the park-up, we took a bus into Valencia to witness the Christmas lights illumination and the fireworks display. This event was exceptionally crowded, making movement challenging. However, the spectacle of the lights and fireworks ultimately made the experience worthwhile, much to the delight of the children. We are now continuing our journey along the coast, and we invite you to follow our future travels.
