Michael Jackson performing ‘Billie Jean’ in London, England at Wembley Stadium on July 31st, 1992 for a sold out audience of 80.000. There were 5 shows in London, dates being July 30th, 31st, August 20th, 22nd and 23rd. In total the attendance for all shows was 400.000.

THOUGHTS:
Vocals are fantastic here! Michael sounds extremely strong and clear. I especially love the pre-choruses and adlibs. Michael actually swaps the order of the ‘hee’ and ‘hoo’ at the moonwalk section, as he does ‘hoo’ first, then ‘hee’ after, instead of the opposite which is the original.

Instrumental also sounds fire. The bass in general and pre-chorus especially sound fantastic

I seriously have no idea why I was so pessimistic about Wembley performances. I guess I had some sort of prejudice, or based my opinion on them from just listening to Aug. 22nd, which arguably is the worst sounding performance of the Wembley ‘92 dates (so far).
