2024 Yamaha R1 - SC1-R Exhaust & MWR Velocity Stack Testing.

Another great day at the shop testing out different performance upgrades! This customer brought their brand new yamaha R1 down to florida from ohio to get some goodies for his bike! This motorcycle came in completely stock, but we're going to install SC1-R exhaust from SC Projects, Sprint P08 filter, graves block of plates and the Lower MWR Velocity stacks. Now we tried to get the upper stacks, but nobody had the full set no matter who we got ahold of. For this reason, we are only testing the lowers at this time. But once we get our hands on the full set of MWR velocity stacks, we'll be testing the full set to see how much power it can produce. In this video, I do multiple base runs as we install different things to see what type of power each item makes. At the end of everything, the results were pretty surprising and the dyno graph shows us exactly what just doing the lower stacks does to our overall power range. At the end of the day, our goal is to create great power when and where it needs to be. When it comes to motorcycle performance, the dyno is really the best way to monitor each modification.
