These typical Chinese food halls offer a wide variety of dishes to choose from: here you can eat hearty bowls of hot and sour soup, to classic stir-fried dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Mapo Tofu, dumplings with different fillings and century eggs. The food in these Dacanting reflects what an average Chinese family might enjoy at home. We visited a modern one in the heart of Beijing, but they range from sleek, contemporary designs to more traditional, old-style setups. 🇨🇳
