After a bit of a break, we are back for the final event video of the year and what better way to finish than on my training grounds at the Newcastle Town Moor and Exhibition Park 10k!?
Lots of miles have been going on away from the camera in preparation for the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, so as training begins to taper, I'm joined by Jamie for this @RunThroughTV event.
Peak weather conditions, but will running a warm-up 10k right before a 10k event, prove a bit too much? Only one way to find out...
