External Filtration - exchange of filters - PARALEL

How to exchange of filters in external parallel filtration:

Start with turning OFF the machine and unplugging the electricity.
Check the OPENING of the drain valves.
Open the filter with the key and then press on the roller on the side and lift the lever.
Draining the fluid from the whole filtration.
Connect the pump hose to the discharge valve of the filtration.
Open the discharge valve of the filtration.
Discharge the fluid from the filtration.
Close the discharge valve and disconnect the pump hose.
Remove the spring with the pressure plate.
Remove the seal (O-ring).
Pull out the 2 bags with IONEX.
Pull out the insert.
Pull out the bag with ACTIVE CARBON.
Wipe off dirt with a cloth/paper towel.
Insert into the housing the ACTIVE CARBON bag.
Place NEW the mechanical filter (insert).
Insert into the housing the smaller IONEX bag.
Insert into the housing the bigger IONEX bags.
Check the drain hole.
The whole diameter must be accessible.
Install the insert with spring into the filter housing.
Wipe off dirt with a cloth/paper towel.
Replace the seal (O-ring) with a new one.
Close the lid of the filter.
Make sure the lid of the filter is really closed right!
Now you have one part of the filter clean.
Do the same procedure
for the other 2 cylinders.
Take out the old seal.
Take out the old refills.
Clean the inside of the filter.
Fill with new refills in the correct order.
Clean the filter lid.
Replace the seal under the lid.
And now you're done.
Ready for the next perfectly clean PCBs.
