DANCER HYGIENE TIPS | Must-Have Hygiene Products for Sweaty Dancers

What is up artists and movers!
Now that the weather is starting to warm up as we move into the spring, I thought I’d I share some of my hygiene must haves as a sweaty dancer. Sweating can be such an inconvenience when dancing, and no one wants to be the stinky sweaty dancer in the room. So, in this video I give you 7 of my favorite hygiene hacks for girls and even share some of my favorite feminine hygiene products with you guys for dancing during warm weather. These products are super effective and have helped me stay smelling fresh so that I can keep dancing confidently.
