I wanted to start the new year in a way that feels calm, intentional, and realistic — not pressured or overwhelming. In today’s video, I’m resetting my life for the new year by getting back into my routine, cleaning my space, reflecting on my goals, and easing into this new season with a better mindset.

You’ll come with me to the gym, get ready with me for the day, watch me do a much-needed room reset (including donating clothes), and sit down with me as I talk about letting go of the “new year, new me” pressure that so many people feel — especially online.
