🍛 RECIPES & INGREDIENTS

🧄 Chicken Tikka Masala

For Marination
• 2 kg chicken breast
• 1 packet Chicken Tikka Masala or Tandoori Masala
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 4 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 5 tbsp cooking oil or butter

For Gravy
• 3 medium onions
• 5 medium tomatoes
• Green chilies & fresh coriander
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp salt
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup cooking cream

Ingredients
• 5 potatoes (cut into pieces)
• 4 tomatoes (blended)
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• ½ cup oil
• 2 cups warm water
• Green chilies & fresh coriander
• 1 tsp dry coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1½ tsp salt
• 1 can green peas 🫛
