Here it is. The easiest way to mod your phone. Unlock tons of new features that are not available to you out of the box. There are tons of reasons why you might want to mod your phone and lots of ways to do it, but this is going to be the easiest you will find anywhere. It's still in beta, but if you're into getting more from your phone, try this out - at the very least you should notice some battery life improvements.
The Installer WAS on the Google Play Store, but it was pulled for encouraging users to root their phone. However it's still available at the cyanogenmod site:
