One of the broken NPCs alongside Yoshiaki and Muneshige. He also has a really high HP compared to other NPCs just like Muneshige.
He gets three skills. T will let him sit down to recover the Basara gauge, which is later moved to his taunt in Utage. Forward + T is a forward charge that takes forever to charge up. They’re unimpressive, but R1 lets him enter the Rage Mode thing seen in Basara 2 Heroes and later games. It’s even more powerful here because he gets full hyper armor in this mode and takes no knockbacks whatsoever, on top of hitting really hard with the extended moveset. You can’t cancel it, but it’s possible to refresh its duration while the effect is still active.
Very OP. Just press R1 occasionally, mash the normal attack button, turn off your brain, and win.
On a side note non of his available attacks have him use his second sword here. And I frankly can't remember seeing him using the rage mode in this game when controlled by CPU.
