Rockhounding a random location yielded a variety of colorful chalcedony and agate that not only slabbed and polished nicely, but brilliantly fluoresces under UV light. We started off rockhounding a wash that had a lot of colorful rock in it. Upon finding chalcedony, we followed the trail from where we believed it was coming from. That led us to more variety and some beautiful chalcedony and agate finds. The scenery was beautiful and the day was an all around great rockhounding adventure. Upon returning, we cut slabs from several of the rocks and polished them. We show our cut and polished finds at the end of the video. We also show them under UV light. We hope you enjoy this video and join us on future Adventures of Shadow.
