Pro Quick Draw was conceived to address the shortcomings of an existing drawing tool, Microsoft Visio. Originally designed for architects, Visio unexpectedly became the go-to software for top football coaches in the United States. Frustrated by the limitations of available tools and the inefficiencies of manual tasks, NFL Coach and Founder Andy Bischoff sought to leverage technology to enhance his workflow. Instead of developing a completely new software, he compiled a wishlist of features aimed at improving Visio and PowerPoint specifically for coaching purposes. Partnering with a skilled developer familiar with football operations, he laid the foundation for Pro Quick Draw.

In 2018, Coach Bischoff and his wife, Brittany, assembled a small team and began working with a handful of NFL clubs willing to support the startup. Today, Pro Quick Draw serves thousands of high schools, small colleges, FBS teams, Canadian Football League teams, universities, European clubs, and 29 out of 32 NFL franchises. What began as a personal vision for an enthusiastic coach has evolved into a robust product that plays a vital role in the playbook market across the entire football community.
