PRS SE Custom 24 - Great guitar but with a Fatal Flaw?!

PRS SE Custom 24 - Great guitar but had a QA issue?! I personally feel like everything PRS does is pretty great, at least on the guitar side of things. Full disclosure, I live about an hour from the PRS factory so I've been there a time or ten. It's an amazing place full of skilled employees. These guitars aren't made here, but they are shipped to the PRS factory in Stevensville and each one is inspected before going out to dealers. What happened here? Not sure but also still confident that they make fantastic guitars, both here and in Indonesia.
