Super Smokey Winged Liner | Makeup Tutorial

Hey everyone! Today I decided to do a tutorial on this smokey winged eyeliner. I used to wear this look quite a lot a while ago and a lot you guys asked me to do a tutorial on it, so here it is. This is a look that looks good on a lot of people and you can decide how big/dramatic you want the wing to be. In this video I’m doing quite a dramatic wing, but I also like to do this technique (but with a much smaller wing) whenever I go for a more natural look just to ‘lift’ my eyes a little. Kind of like the makeup Kylie Jenner has been wearing lately.
