My notes on the run:
Tails is definitely the one character I usually never play as in Sonic 2 only because he can't fly until Sonic 3, but after this practice run, I have gotten used to him not being able to do it.

Had a great start in Emerald Hill, Chemical Plant and Aquatic Ruin, however, I don't know what it is about Casino Night, but every attempt I've played as Tails seems to either be decent or bad, yet somehow every attempt I've played as Sonic in Casino Night goes perfectly fine. Hill Top, Mystic Cave, Oil Ocean and Metropolis were decent. Sky Chase always ends in the same time, and Death Egg was pretty good to finish it off.

Overall not bad since I have gotten better and familiar with the controls of the Sega Saturn controller, finished this run at around 2:20 in the morning last night since I was determined to get a good run going.
