This Pad Kra Pao made with ground pork and lots of holy basil is a staple in Thai cuisine. You may have seen Thai Basil Chicken, Thai Basil Beef, Thai Basil Duck, etc. etc. on restaurant menus, but this classic Pad Kra Pao is the cornerstone of them all. It's very simple—no need for additional vegetables just ground pork and whatever basil you can find! Sarah walks you through the difference between Thai basil and holy basil (they are technically different!) and shows you how to fry the perfect egg to go over the top with minimal clean up!
