Hello Crafty Friends - Annie here with a fun fold card. This fold is called Pop Out Floating Panel card.

Here are the measure measurements for the card.
Base of card: 4-1/4" X 11"
Score at 2", 4", 4-1/2", 6-1/2", 7" & 9"
Measure 1" down at the 4" Score and 7" score. do this at top and bottom. Cut away the sections. So, you are left with card that resembles a dumbbell.

Pattern Paper panel: 1-3/4 x 4"
Mats for panels: 1-7/8" X 4-1/8"

Mini Card base 2-3/4" X 7"
Score at 3-1/2"

Pattern Paper: 2-1/2" 3-1/4"
Mat for Panel: 2-5/8 X 3-3/8"
