During the probe, two witnesses bared the alleged link between controversial contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya and former House of Representatives Speaker Martin Romualdez. Tensions also flared between Senator Rodante Marcoleta and Prosecutor General Richard Anthony Fadullon.
