1 kg beef
Water 1&1/2 ltr

Capsicum 1/2 100g

50g garlic paste

Cardamom 3
Salt
Turmeric powder

40g ghee
160 ml oil
Pepper 1tsp
Cuming seeds 1tsp
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon 3
Cloves 4

Add onion 200g
Ginger garlic paste 200g
Majboos masala 1 tbsp
Tomato 200g grind and add

Capsicum 1/2 100g
Goriander 1
Green chilly 5
