Tip: I like to remove the excess oil at the end of the cooking process, because I get my prefer texture that way. But you can do so after the frying the chicken as I mention in the video. It is up to YOU :)

Dans cette video, je vous montre comment je fais mon Yassa au Poulet. Facile et délicieux. J'espère que vous allez aimer. A la prochaine :)

Astuce: Je prefère diminuer l'excès d'huile en fin de cuisson. J'obtiens la texture que je désire en utilisant cette méthode. Ceci dit vous pouvez diminuer l'huile après la friture du poulet comme je l'indique sur la vidéo. Ça dépends de VOUS :)
