This 30-minute shamanic and somatic reset is for the overwhelmed mum, the overstimulated mum, the shut-down mum, the mum carrying far more than anyone sees. If your body feels tight, buzzy, frozen, heavy, or “done,” this session will help you land back into yourself gently and without pressure.
just so you know… this practice is a taster into the deeper work I hold in my sessions and containers, the slow unwinding, the body-led healing, the shamanic journeying, the emotional release work, and the lineage-level shifts that create real change over time.
Save this for the moments you need a real shift, not just a quick deep breath.
Motherhood puts a lot on the system, emotionally, physically, ancestrally. Most of us were never taught how to regulate our nervous system, how to shift out of overwhelm, or how to clear the emotional load we’ve inherited or absorbed. This practice weaves together breath, grounding, somatic release, shamanic journeying and the kind of slow, steady presence that actually helps the body feel safe again.
Practice this reset when:
• you feel overstimulated, touched-out or drained
• you’re stuck in freeze or collapse
• your thoughts are spiralling and you can’t ground
• you’re carrying emotions you can’t name
• your body feels full, tense or shut down
• you’ve been running on empty and can't find your centre
• you’re doing everything for everyone and need a moment that’s just for you
