GST on Expat salaries, dual employment, NOS judgment and litigative way forward in GST.

GST on expat salaries, in the light of NOS judgments of Supreme court of India. Then an instruction was issued by the department for unnecessary litigation related to expat salary issue. Department started sending the notices in each and every case. Later on also in many cases the court has quashed the notices related to these issues. The case of Hundai and Mercedes the notices sent without looking into the facts of the cases were quashed by the honourable courts.
