Stop overlooking this intuitive ability!!

Here's how to actually trust that inner knowing 👇

1. Recognizing what it feels like when in happens. It won't have a story with it, or a pros/cons list. It'll just 'feel' right within you. Start paying attention to that so you can recognize it.

2. Listen to that inner knowing each time you recognize it. Breathe into any resistance that might come up and listen to that knowing anyway.

3. Look within to see what signals you get from your other intuitive senses with that knowing. Your clairsentience might have signal you with a sense of expansion in your energy. Your clairaudience might kick in with some ringing in the ears. Look within and listen to see what accompanies that knowing so it feels more tangible.

This may be the most overlooked intuitive sense, but it has SOOOO much wisdom. Keep turning inwards to recognize it and it'll get louder and clearer.
