A former Chief executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, GNPC, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata says he finds it difficult to understand why the former Deputy Minister for Energy, Mr. K. T. Hammond who has very little technical knowledge about the value of the Discoverer 511 should be the one to sell it. Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata was speaking at the Judgement Debt Commission which had invited him to assist it with some information about the sale of the drill ship.
