Missing Pieces // Katie and Cook

SPOILERS unless you've read all of eskimo_jo's series beginning with 'Variations on an Ending' and ending with 'Entre les Overdoses l'Amour'. If you haven't read it: GO NOW. Alright, now that we're all caught up (or not if you're naughty and like spoilers) this is just a recap of the evolution of Katie and Cook's relationship in the story, most specifically in 'Entre...'. All the text is spoken between them, but I left out a lot of brilliant lines too because I couldn't just include them all.

Also, sorry it's so dark in some places (of course it looked fine in vegas), leave a comment if you need clarification on something.
